We analyse your drawing for mouldability before steel is cut.

Mould Design

Structure, cooling and mould-flow are engineered for your part.

Tooling & EDM

CNC, EDM, grinding and engraving cut the mould to intent.

Sampling (T1)

First shots are measured and reviewed with you.

Injection & QC

Volume runs on 80–800T presses with inspection.
